EntreSkills™, is an interactive, Web-based program that provides students with an introduction to entrepreneurship and the skills needed to start and operate a business. It is a flexible educational program that empowers educators to customize their teaching methods. EntreSkills™ may be used as a stand-alone course of study or educators may select specific chapters to supplement and create lesson plans. EntreSkills™ is so flexible it may be taught via the Web (for full interactive use), from a CD-ROM, or in a more traditional manner, with hard-copy printouts of lessons, exercises and quizzes. EntreSkills™ provides teachers with numerous resources including lesson plans, learning articles, and links to educational Web sites through a Teacher Resource section at the EntreSkills™ Web site. The most popular features of the EntreSkills™ program are the automated grading of quizzes, the assignment & test management function, and the customized training and customer service provided by oe2 staff.
The oe2 staff recognizes that teachers in all parts of the state need teaching tools for the business and entrepreneurship curriculum, and is pleased to be able to provide services at no cost to the schools in New York thanks to funding support from the government.
