American National Standards Institute
ANSI is the organization that coordinates the U.S. voluntary consensus standards system and approves American national standards.

American Society for Quality
Quality site from the group that serves as secretariat for the American National Standards Institute’s Committee on Quality Assurance, assisting in the development of the ISO 9000 series.

ISO Easy
Handy site that serves as a decent starting point for those new to the ISO 9000 standards.

ISO Online
Straight from the ISO’s own mouth. Among other things, this has a separate forum addressing ISO 9000-related questions, as well as a mechanism for searching and ordering from an awe-inspiring number of issued standards. Site is available en francais as well.

NAICS/SIC Translation Tables
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) provides common industry definitions for the NAFTA participants. This new system will eventually replace the SIC Code structure in the U.S.  Use these tables for proper conversion.
